STEP 15 - SHOCKING INFORMATION

When your body experiences a trauma, not only will you feel emotionally stressed, but your body may feel shocked as well. Some signs that you might be in shock include:

• Cool, clammy skin

• Pale or ashen skin

• Rapid pulse

• Rapid breathing

• Nausea or vomiting

• Enlarged pupils

• Feelings of weakness or fatigue

• Dizziness or fainting

• Changes in mental status or behavior, such as feelings of anxiousness or agitation

If this happens, get medical attention. Meanwhile, here are a number of oils and blends to support your body during this time:

• BALANCE Grounding Blend – inhale

• ELEVATION Joyful Blend – inhale

• Geranium – apply to feet or over heart

• Helichrysum – apply to feet and over heart

• Melissa – inhale

• Ylang Ylang – inhale

• Peppermint – inhale and apply topically over chest

• Eucalyptus – apply to feet and back of neck
